well I've been riding for 9 years (every day or every other day) and i dont think mine has ripped

you should be fine

try to use your leg muscles and stirrups to stay off of the horses back. it will protect your hymen and is good for the horse.

have fun =]

If your hymen rips whilst horseback riding (or bike riding), it's painless and you probably won't even notice it's happened. If it's the discomfort/pain aspect you're worried about, don't be! :)

As for protection, the best measure would be not to go horseback riding in the first place. However, if you have to/want to, then try not to canter/gallop on your horse as these are the more high-impact horseriding activities. Stick to walking or gentle trotting.

Hope this has helped!

It doesn't brake when you just go horseback riding once. It's usually the girls that do it most of there childhood

No specific # of times. And the hymen could have already broke. Don't dwell on it and have fun. A broken hymen doesn't mean that you're not a virgin.

I don't think you really need to worry about it since it's just a sort of one-time fun thing for her birthday. Probably the hardcore horse-riders are the ones who end up breaking their hymen. I've ridden horses several times, and everything seems to have been okay.
